10 Concert Elements You Should Know

here are the Top 10 the most important things to know before coming to the Garth Brooks concert at Razorback Stadium.

Arrive early and avoid the traffic
Record crowds and heavy traffic are expected. Give yourself as much time as possible to arrive on campus, find parking and enter the stadium. It is strongly recommended to arrive as early as possible. Reserved car parks open at 1:00 p.m. | All doors open at 5:00 p.m.

Parking options (prices vary)
Passes for university reserved/controlled lots (including all ADA locations) are sell. What are the remaining options if you are still looking for a place to park?

  • Spring Street Parking Deck: Located at 221 N School Ave, just off Dickson Street. Shuttle buses run from the Walton Arts Center (Dickson St side) to Razorback Stadium.
  • Fayetteville High School will accept onsite payments to park in its parking lot.
  • Harmon Avenue parking lot
  • Residential and Private Lots: There will likely be an assortment of private and residential lots being sold on Saturday.

Uber/Lyft/Taxi drop off and pickup
The designated location for your rideshare provider to drop off and pick up is Union Station, Fayetteville, AR 72701 (This address will work in Maps, Google Maps). Click here to view the location on a map.

  • To access this location, approach the campus from Dickson Street heading west, then turn right onto the campus at Garland Ave.

Empty Bag Policy
The transparent bag policy is in effect for the Garth Brooks concert. Bags allowed: clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags AND do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).

Individuals may also carry a small clutch purse, no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap. Note: Hand pouches that fall within the size parameters of 4.5 x 6.5 do not need to be transparent.

Information on the free shuttle service
Before the Concert Start at 3:00 p.m. (shuttles run continuously)

  • Sliver Route public shuttles depart from the Arkansas Union, Walton Arts Center on Dickson, Road Hog Park, and the East Lot at Baum Stadium to drop off points just south of Gate 1 at Gate 10.
  • Gold Route public shuttles run from lot 56 to gates 1, 10 and 16.

After the concert

  • Sliver Route public shuttles depart from the Arkansas Union, Walton Arts Center on Dickson, Road Hog Park, and the East Lot at Baum Stadium to drop off points just south of Gate 1 at Gate 10.
  • Gold Route public shuttles run from lot 56 to gates 1, 10 and 16.

Ticket office and opening hours

  • The address of the Razorback Ticket Center (located at Baum-Walker Stadium) is 1295 S. Razorback Road, Suite B Fayetteville, AR 72701-7870
  • The Razorback Ticket Center will remain open until 7:00 p.m. Friday for parking pass pickup.
  • The Razorback Ticket Center will open at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and will remain open until 6:00 p.m. for parking pass pick-up.
  • Will Call is located at Gate 1 of Razorback Stadium and will open at 9:00 a.m. Saturday.
  • If fans have any difficulties or issues with ticket scanning, please visit the ticket counters at Gates 1, 11 or 16 for assistance.

Masks/COVID Policy

  • Proof of vaccination / negative COVID tests are DO NOT required for entry.
  • Masks are recommended in indoor areas and on shuttles

Tailgating
Tailgating in your reserved parking space is permitted. All items and equipment must remain within the boundaries of your location and not block other locations, streets or alleys. If you are interested in tailgating tents and packages, email [email protected] for more information.

Other useful information

  • Chair backs/cushions are permitted as long as they do not have armrests and do not exceed 17 inches.
  • All concessions and sales of merchandise inside the stadium are MAP only. No cash transactions allowed.
  • The University of Arkansas is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside Razorback Stadium.
  • No re-entry is allowed
  • The sale of alcohol will end 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the show.
  • Umbrellas and strollers are not allowed
  • Billboards ARE allowed, as long as they are standard size and have no sticks. Banners are prohibited.
