Arkansas named in top 10 states to move to

According to a recent study, more and more people are inhabiting the natural state, with Arkansas being named as one of the top 10 states where people are settling.

ARKANSAS, USA – More and more people are moving to the natural state, according to a new study, with Arkansas named as one of the top 10 states people are moving to.

According to our partner with Arkansas Business, the “Max My Money” study named the natural state as the 10th state people move to in the United States.

The website ranked Arkansas 10th due to the low cost of living, as well as job opportunities in the state.

The study also referred to Arkansas as one of the fastest growing states in the country.

“Arkansas is one of the fastest growing states in the country, and that’s no mystery. The cost of living is relatively low and there are plenty of job opportunities,” says the website.

As for the rest of the list, the ranking of the top 10 states people are heading to is as follows:

  • 2: South Carolina
  • 3: Oregon
  • 4: South Dakota
  • 5: Arizona
  • 6: North Carolina
  • 7: Tennessee
  • 8: Alabama
  • 9: Florida
  • 10: Arkansas

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson shared his thoughts on Arkansas’ growing population saying the following:

“Arkansas continues to be a popular destination for people looking to relocate. Our lower taxes, low cost of living, and plentiful business opportunities have helped Arkansas rank among the top 10 states where people are moving, said Hutchinson.
