Arkansas State Police Commission Promotes Three

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) – At a regular monthly meeting of the Arkansas State Police Commission on April 14, three state veterans were approved by commissioners for promotion, according to a statement from hurry.

Captain Stacie Rhoads, 52, of Perry County, has been promoted to major. She is a 24-year veteran of the ministry. Major Rhoads was recently assigned to an assistant division command post overseeing the Criminal Investigations Division, Special Investigations Section and will immediately assume command of the division and its six CID companies.

Sergeant Aaron Easley, 39, of Lawrence County, has been promoted to lieutenant. He is a 15 year veteran of the ministry. Lt. Easley was recently assigned as a post supervisor with Highway Patrol Division, Troop C and will immediately assume new duties as Deputy Commander Highway Patrol Division, Troop B.

Corporal Jackie Stinnett, 54, of Baxter County, has been promoted to sergeant. He is a 16 year veteran of the ministry. sergeant. Stinnett was recently assigned to Highway Patrol duties with Highway Patrol Division, Troop I and will immediately assume new duties as a Post Supervisor in Troop I.
