Court won’t reconsider Arkansas trans care law block | app

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A federal appeals court said Wednesday it would not reconsider its decision temporarily barring Arkansas from enforcing its ban on gender-affirming care for children.

The 8th United States Circuit Court of Appeals denied the state’s request for the full court to hear its appeal of the temporary order against the Arkansas law. In August, a three-judge court panel upheld a judge’s injunction against the ban.
