Keys to Victory and Five Burning Questions: Arkansas vs. Ole Miss

Arkansas (5-5, 2-4 SEC) will take the field for its home finale when it hosts No. 14 Ole Miss (8-2, 4-2 SEC) on Saturday. Kickoff between the Razorbacks and Rebels is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. (CT) under the lights of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. The game will be televised on SEC Network.

The Razorbacks lead the all-time series against Ole Miss (37-28-1), including a 12-3 mark in games played in Fayetteville. Sam Pitman and Lane Kiffin shared their two series clashes with Arkansas earning a 33-21 home win in 2020 and the Rebels getting revenge in a 52-51 shootout at Oxford last season.

“Ole Miss, obviously very explosive on offense,” Pittman said. “They run the ball as well as anybody in the SEC. Still pretty evenly balanced with about 265-225 somewhere in there. Very explosive. Have great skill.

“They’re playing extremely well. Obviously they lost a close game on Saturday, but they played extremely hard. Well trained. We’re looking forward to having a night game here. I think it’s our first game of night of the year. I know it’s our first home game tonight. We’re looking forward to another opportunity.”

Here are five burning questions and keys to victory for the Hogs as they prepare to host Ole Miss this weekend in Fayetteville:
